We used Rick for our first house to sell in Granite Falls, WA!
It was a very tricky house to sell with being near a river, We thought for sure that we would have to wait a long time before we got any offers. Rick was very positive and had us changing our thought on how fast the house might sell. The house had an offer with in the first month with lots of other family walking through. We received our offer and the process was very simple, from day one to the day we closed. Rick was there whenever we needed with a very fast response and was quick to get answer or let us know how everything works. We trusted Rick in that sell and was please to find such a great agent that you can trust!2 years later we decided to sell our rental property as we were living in oregon and rental was in washington. Rick was there for us again, very quick with the correct answers and helped us through the process from day one to the closing of our house. The house was closed with in 3 mos from the listing day! The flyers are very bright with great pictures. He has always taken great pictures of the houses that we have sold which really help future buyers see what they are buying.
